did this on a RAQ3

1. added fix

I changes the default root-
    ~/../.. site-adm
to
    ~/../../web site-adm

2. added new site to default ip, reentered conf file, seen no change
3. tested ftp with a admin user, worked, went to /web/
4. added new user without siteadmin, worked, went straight to his web
directory
5. no changes in conf file

 but as soon as you make a new virual site with the same IP is overwrites
it.
 Do you know where the one is stored that overwrites it?
