[cobalt-users] FTP Default Directory

I have changed the default directory in
/etc/porftpd.conf
and it works.  It starts the admin of the virtual site in "their" web folder.  But if I make another virtual site with the same IP it overwrites my proftpd.conf , when destroys my changes.  Does anyone know to do this with out overwriting the proftpd.conf
