Our ISP was one of the first companies in North America to offer
DSL, so if anything, I've been the preverbial "guinea pig" for
the past 4+ years.

We had an outage of 1 hour 2 weeks ago when they replaced a router.

Yes, well, having a phone monopoloy does have it's advantages
(don't ask about long distance rates...)
