That's web access by domain, right?  That's Accept email for domain,
right?

By domain means exactly that.  Not www.mycustomer.com, but just
mycustomer.com.

Yep.  Only one of the sites can accept the email or serve the websites
for the domain without the hostname.  Makes sense when you think about
it.
