we have done it twice....and never a problem really
1st time with a cd who was ONLY for the raq2  and it worked like a charm

2nd time with the newer restore cd a raq3 and it worked like a charm..
call the tech support...   a lot bitch about them, but be nice and ..yes you 
have to be on the speaker phone close to 1 -2 hrs, but they do stay on the 
phone till it works
