And that's why they are working at a Wendy's instead of having a cool job
like we do. Bad attitude and no idea what customer service is. Hell, what
does 2 more packets of ketchup cost? Especially when it's being paid for by
someone else? Clueless moron.

It's a lot like this business,  really. "You can't have 5 POP email accounts
with that web hosting, you'll get the 3 that I give you". Officially, I give
2 POP email boxes but if a customer specifically requests 5, I can usually
work something out for them. It's called customer service.

My apologies, that was COMPLETELY off-topic and didn't  really add to the
conversation, but I just couldn't stand it. Just had a bad Wendy's
experience last weekend and needed to vent......

I'm done now. I'll go back to my corner. ;^)
