RE: [cobalt-users] permissions problem with FP

The owner of any files with FP is 'httpd', whereas you will be FTPing with
the owner of your login.
Any files, like scripts etc., that you will need to change permissions on,
you will need to FTP. You can create directories using FTP, and chmod them
etc. fine, but I would not advise you to access the files / folders with FP
in FTP created directories and vice versa. Apart from this the two products
will be happy together.
Bear in mind that you can only delete the files in FTP if you created them
with FTP, the same goes from FP. This can get very confusing if you have
created some files in a directory with FP & some with FTP - so try to keep
them separate.
