PHP is a server side scripting language. You can do all kinds of things with it.
Look at php.net, phpbuilder.com, devshed.com, webdeveloper.com and other sites to see
PHP usage, manuals, scripts, applications, etc.

If you see that page it is working. PHP is a programming language so there's no
magical formula for using it. You just need to learn it and it's fairly easy to
learn.

It doesn't look like you installed it with MySQL support. Since you don't seem very
certain what PHP is and how to use it you're probably not ready for MySQL database
support anyway. Take a look at the sites I mentioned and start with some simple
code. There are good tuturials at places like webmonkey.com too. And I posted the
name of my favorite PHP programming book today or yesterday (and several other times
over the last few months) so search the archives. Enjoy!
