[cobalt-users] PHP3 & SQL Install RAQ3I

I have also installed the PHP3 package on my RaQ3i.
Now I have no idea what to, or what I can do with it?

I think it's working. I have installed a test page of how to see if it's
working?
While this is probably not the smartest thing to do, I have posted this
anyway.
http://new.worldcops.com/phptest.php as someone had recommended.

It tells me allot of stuff, but doesn't tell me how to use it?
If someone can please look at this page and let me know if the install looks
ok
by all the stuff I see, that BTW makes NO since so to me, please reply with
your findings and what I should do next?

Thank you very much.

Kevin

Yes to once per server... no to once per virtual host. The mysql runs as a
server on top of the server and each user on the server can use
it(certain restrictions apply)

you guve separate users 'accounts' by giving them privleges to use the
server. I'll email you a link to a nice explanation about how to add users
and their priveleges

|3. What files are required to install the latest versions of MySQL and PHP

I took the instrucitons directly from the cobalt site... I'll admit that I
felt unsure since I'm new to the server business... but I took them the
way that they said and it worked out just fine. there is the requirement
that you put one before the other, I think it's the php first...

|4. Is their a minimal amount of memory required to run efficiently? |

not sure about the memory stuff...
