[cobalt-users] Newbie Questions (put away those paddles!)

Here's some questions from a guy who's still getting his feet wet..

How many mail users would a single RaQ3i support (128 MB ram, 15GB HD),
based on your experience.
What is the most common problem you've encountered while using the RaQs.

Are ManageRaQ's incredibly useful, or a waste of cash?
What's the best backup technique/software solution that you've found.

Any advice (sure, make sales pitches to me in private email) would be more
than welcome.  I've got to arrange purchase for about 400 servers in the
next few months, so I want to know that the RaQ's are the best thing going
:)
