Hi guys
when a domain or subdomain doesnt exist on the raq2/3 anymore and the URL is
typed in, if the DNS still points to the Raq (as it invariably does with
subdomains) instead of giving a nice error or 404 the raq just serves out
Site2 .. whatever it is.
Is there a way to have a meaningful error when a url does not exist on the
raq instead of pointing to site2?
heres the anecdote my question comes from - user with a subdomain (bed and
breakfasts) cancels, calls back a few months later to say that whenever she
types in her old url she is horrified to see it go to a page for a rival
B&B! That domain is of course.. still active and paying and the fact that
her old URL now points to it is an unfortunate co-oincidence.. We told her
we'd be more than happy to open her account again if she likes ;)
Cheers,
Dylan O'Donnell
