It interests me and I'm glad it was posted. I just tried it on my FrontPage
web hosted on a Raq3i and it does, indeed, produce the error message
mentioned in the article. The article doesn't say anything about the error
being limited to NT servers, it warns about a flaw with FrontPage
extensions.  And it appears the problem affects FrontPage extensions, even
on Linux platforms.
