Ask your Colo to setup a Cron task that updates their DNS settings
automatically, Don't ask me the dateils (cause I don't know them) but I know
that's the way my colo does it. You'd need to provide them with a user name
and password to your Raq's main domain. Don't know about the permissions
level.
