[cobalt-users] Symptom : File upload <permission denied> Fix?

I am somewhat new to server admin, though I am finally getting a bit more 
familiar (ie. dangerous) with my RAQ2.

Anyway, I'm trying to find possible (probably easy) solutions to the 
following (new) symptoms:

1) I cannot upload any files to any virtual sites via FTP on the RAQ2.  I 
get a "permission denied" error.

When I telnet to the server as admin, it appears I can then make changes to 
any of the virtual site files.

So did I inadvertently change some setting which would provide this symptom 
of not being able to upload files or make changes to files via FTP?

Any clues would be appreciated.
