RE: [cobalt-users] registering nameserver

You need to register your name server with Gandi,
and I believe NSI will pick it up eventually.

I registered my nameservers with domainnamesystems.com
(which offers $15 domain registrations) and within a week
or so I noticed I had two host handles with NSI, one for
each of my nameservers.

Subject: [cobalt-users] registering nameserver

Hello,

I have dns set up on a raq3. It seems to work well.

However, I can not seem to register it with Network Solutions. I keep
getting a response that says that my email address is not authorized but
they have sent email to the registered email addresses.

This is a new registration.. there are no email addresses associated with
it.

The domain is astrodawg.net. I am trying to register ns.astrodawg.net.

The domain name is not registered with network solutions. It is registered
with Gandi. Is it possible to register the name server with Network
Solutions for a domain not registered with Network Solutions?
