What they're telling you is that they recommend you do your own DNS. DNS
is the method by which the Internet "resolves" the names you and I use
into the numbers the Internet uses (i.e.: 123.123.4.56).
If you've got a RaQ2 the interface and instructions for DNS leave a lot
to be desired; I'd highly recommend reading the archives of this list
(search for DNS) AND reading some simple linux networking book, to get a
feel for DNS.

Of course, they offer to do it for you, for a fee. We do, as well, and
we're a bit less expensive <smile>.

Sure it's capable. But you have to set up the DNS. You need at minimum
an A record for yourdomain.com, an A record for smtp.yourdomain.com,
CNAME records for the rest.
