[cobalt-users] Logs not rotating

We we check site usage for new sites we get this "Usage report has not yet
been generated. Reports are generated nightly for each site if activity has
been logged. "

It appears that after we installed the OS3 update all our logs stopped
rotating. Is there a  script we can invoke to have them rotate or better yet
, is there a way to fix it?
