Richard:
1. Make sure that your manual changes to /etc/virtusertable only go down at
the bottom at the section labelled "# Put custom additions below (Do not
change/remove this line)."
2. You must rehash the virtusertable using the makemap command after you make
changes to it.
3. Try adding manual forwards in the /etc/aliases file instead, and don't
forget to run the newaliases command after saving your changes.
