[cobalt-users] Avoid RaQ3 OS3 update

For those debating whether to install the OS3 update for their
RaQ3/3i, some things to be aware of:

 * If you have the short-lived OS2 update that was only
available from Cobalt for a brief period, the OS3 update
will not work. This is because the kernal is the wrong
version (2.2.12c3 instead of 2.2.14c5). It will upload
   but not install completely.

 * If you have a lot of FrontPage accounts, you are now
required to have 3MB per user - no exceptions. With OS2
you could get around this through the site settings, but
no longer in OS3 (it will refuse to let you adjust this
   amount through the GUI).

 * I've also run into a problem with me /etc/group file,
such that users setup with multiple siteadmin access are
no longer accepted (ironically, they can still access
the site usage - but nothing else).

The latter point may or may not be related to the kernal issue,
because it appears that some (or most) of the OS3 update was
implemented.
