[cobalt-users] SPAM Question

I had someone contact telling us that one of our users' was spamming. We do
not allow our users to use SMTP to send mail, we have them use their ISPs.
The headers showed that the SPAM had been sent from his ISP but the from
address was the guys domain we host. I guess the guy did a whois and found
us. Can anyone offer advice? Are we responsible?

How can I prove that our customer did or didn't do it? I hate SPAM and would
drop a customer if I knew they were doing it, but how can I tell.....It
didnt come from our server and the from part can say anything.
