First, they count all the email you've gotten and keep track of the
messages.

Second they add to your inbox at least twice as many advertisements.

Third they count the amount of porn you're getting, and if it's not at
least half as much as the advertising, they discard two of your own
intended messages for each piece of porn you didn't get up to half your
advertising.
