AOL is NOT an ISP.  They're an ISP-Wannabe.  The fact that the 'most
everyone, including the press, confuses them (a content provider) with
an ISP is very scary and says a lot about what's wrong with the

I know some of those criteria.  What do you say we reconfigure the
Cobalt list-server so that none of the posts will make it through to
anyone using AOL <wry grin>.
