Hi Chris. Check to see that your /etc/virtusertable hasn't been
corrupted. 
You can do this by restoring a recent backup of your /etc/virtusertable 
and then typing makemap at the command prompt. (be sure you are root) 
That ought to do it.

all the others (which are working).
