[cobalt-users] HELP FTP !!!

Hi..

I have a Cobalt RAQ 3i..
I have a big problem with the FTP´s

When any of my customers connect to FTP appears only a folder /web
(users/username/web but users/username not appears)..
When I try to go to /web (root /web) the FTP not find that folder...

All the sites are working fine, the e-mails too, but my customers and I (in
my main site happens the same stuff) can´t upload files to the sites...

Somebody can help me ????
