[cobalt-users] -Err Unable to Process From Lines Error?

Hello,

I am getting a really funky error just on one users email

account.

 

 

'-ERR Unable to process From lines (envelopes), change recognition modes.', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
