In theory, this sounds fine. But Cobalt is only manufacturing
one model of the RaQ2 (soon to be phased out), and whatever is
left is already in distribution.

Probably because they can't obtain any Cobalt RaQ2s. For some
of the larger companies, I think they have to buy new for
warrant, support and dependability; I don't think they have
time to refurbish a used RaQ and make sure everything works.

Where do I start? More RAM, faster processor, ASP, integrated
SSL, better DNS (SOA from GUI), etc. The list goes on.
