[cobalt-users] Blocking Spam

We are having problems with spammers on our box.

I need 2 things... First I need to know how to track down
what user sent the spam (I have attached SpamCop information below)... And
what you all would suggest / use to stop spam. I have Pop-Before-SMTP
installed but I believe a local user is doing the spam.

Also, is there a way to only allow e-mail to be "From:" a user on the box?
