There was a post in news:news.admin.net-abuse.email about it from someone
who said they talked to AITCOM and was told that Spamware is OK, as long as
they don't Spam via AIT or mention an AITCOM.net address in the Spam.

Some, like Erols, prohibit it, some don't. UU.net is supposedly working on
new language to prohibit it.
