The security risks with MySQL involve having MySQL files owned by root.  If the user
"mysql" owns the MySQL files and "mysql" is the member of a non-privileged group you
should be safe.

Just check the ownership (not permissions) of the installed MySQL files.  Be careful
using Webmin on a RaQ2 (or any RaQ).  Though some of the modules will work without a
problem, others may break Cobalt's GUI.  I know.  I found out a year ago.
