[cobalt-users] (RaQ3) Admin users can't access /web

Hi..

I'm having a problem on a RaQ3. The admin users the sites can't access /web
from the FTP. When they connect, it takes some time to authenticate the
password (more than usual) and they connect to
/home/sites/siteN/users/<username>/, and they can't go anywhere from there
(exept "web", insite the user directory), so they can only publish files on
their web directory, but not on the site's main web directory
(/home/sites/siteN/web).

Has anyone experienced this before? any ideas?
