I looked at your "whois" record; it appears to be okay.  Note though,
that your nameserver, ns1.auckland.co.nz is listed as the site's
SECONDARY server.  The primary server is listed as ns2.auckland.co.nz at
IP# 203.79.82.61.

And when I try to get an MX record, I get:

Whereas I'm expecting something like this:

so perhaps your DNS hasn't set up an MX record.

However, it looks like your DNS is being hosted at ns2.auckland.co.nz. 
Unless that's also being hosted on your RaQ, then what your RaQ needs is
a secondary DNS only, and not a primary DNS at all.
