[cobalt-users] Personal Nameserver Address

I would like to set up personal nameservers for another site and realise
these will have to registered with the naming authorities when created. What
I am unsure about is the correct protocol. Do I setup two new sites as the
two nameservers address and then have to issue two different ip address
through DNS setup.( I can't use the IP address's the raq already uses?)

Help would be appreciated.
