[cobalt-users] RAQ3i PostgreSQL server

I receive 'the PostgreSQL server is not responding' from our raq3i every 15
minutes complaining that the PostgreSQL server is down.  However, after a ps
ax | grep sql - it does have a pid and is running.  I assume something in
/usr/local/sbin/swatch is in error.  This message appeared just after an
accidental power shutdown of the unit, has anyone seen or experienced this
activity, any recommendations? TIA
