[cobalt-users] installing mailman on a raq3

Hello to all.
Searching the archives unfortunately didnt help.
But I was very surprised and inspired to see that this list is running 
under mailman instead of majordomo.
Would anyone be so kind as to send me an explanation of what is required to 
install and run some mailing lists with mailman?
