Somebody can help me?

I have a dedicated Cobalt RAQ3i, and I´m only use the server management and
the site management with Netscape...

With Iexplorer I can´t work.. the images not appears, the down frame not
appears (error 406), and I can´t make changes:-(

I just download and install the last version of IE,a dn still the problem...
