Just got done visiting a dos based customer that makes his Raq purr.  He was
so happy to do so much with it.  With the massive support for linux based
products and a smooth slick system like the cobalt products people have
nothing to fear but fear itself.  Just like the brokers, the B&M record
stores, and so many others I think in time the admin will be gone to.
Unless they can find some value that isn't already installed.  A VAR can be
a terible waste of money.
