Hi..
I admin this RaQ2 server, and during this last month, we have to reboot the
server every 3 days. Ping response is OK, we can't connect using ftp,
telnet, or http, smtp, pop3, etc.
The other day I happened to be logged on the server, and I got a list of
the processes running ("ps aux", http://www.freeweb.com.ar/procesos.txt),
the list is big, and a lot of processes were using 99% of the CPU.
Is there any way to prevent this from happening, or find out what is
cousing this? Has enyone experienced this before with a RaQ2?
Also, aftes some tests I used the command "/sbin/shutdown now -r", and I
got this error "You don't exist. Go away.". What is that? I was root at
that time.. Does root have to be on some list or something to be able to
reboot the server?
Thanks!! Bye.
Ariel.
