Yes it is a support group.... Just like the one you have in AA. However
even AA will provide direct support and they will stick to the subject. God
you ramble.... I never ask for 200K of support. But I do expcet some
Customer Support. As far as bugs go I don't know why you wrote that.. A Da!

Isn't that sad though that you have to depend on a 'hotmail' address to get
support for your box? You should be able to go to the cobalt site and get
your answer within a few minutes?
