Ok Martin I don't want a flame war with you either. What I do want is for
cobalt to make a knowlege base entry or document your problem somehow. Even
if you caused it (Unless you did something really weird) So when customers
come around for a little help they can get the Information they need in a
timley manner. This can only help coblat grow. Sounds to me like now the
customers can read over the archives and not find the answer you got... Do
you understand what I'm saying? They are not growing and if I had to guess
they are just waiting for somebody to buy them out.
