Brad,

Our cobalt is about 4 weeks old also and it did not come with ChiliSoft ASP.
Our reseller didn't even have any with Chilisoft ASP preinstalled.  We were
told by our reseller that there should be an upgrade that we can purchase
soon at a discounted price (not the $995.00 retail).  I have yet to see this
upgrade from Cobalt.  I called Chilisoft and spoke to a sales rep (Bryce)
and explained the situation.  He did some research and found out that at
that time (again about 4 weeks ago) you could only get a Raq3i directly from
cobalt.  He did hook me up with a copy for $495 though.  This was their
introductory price which ended on March 31st I believe.  This was about the
middle of April.  You may try calling and see if a sales rep is needing to
make quota and maybe they will sell you a copy for the discounted price.
