OK, I'll ask the question then. I have a RAQ3i that is only a month old. It
should have Chilisoft in it, right? Nothing in the user's manual about it,
though.

Yes, the current solution is to buy the Chilisoft PKG from the cobalt store
at:

For future reference, we will soon have RaQ 3s available with Chilisoft ASP
already pre-installed.
