OK, thanks. Just looked at mine and it's apparantly one without Chilisoft
ASP on it. It ends with  "U" and the model is just Raq3i. Bummer.....    ;^(

Look at the serial number label on the back of your unit, or the label on
the shipping box.  There should be a marketing number that looks like:
 "R39 CC0 GIU".  This number describes the unit, memory size, hard drive
size, software, and international power cord, etc.  There is also a name on
the back that would say something like "RaQ 3i" or "ChiliRaQ".  This
describes the basic software on the unit.

The SKUs (marketing numbers) that we've shipped that have chilisoft look
like "R39 *** *N*" (where the * could be anything... the N denotes the
chilisoft load).
