[cobalt-users] sendmail, lost forms

Hi,
Can anyone explain why forms are occasionally "lost"? After putting a virus 
rule from CERT in sendmail.cf, no forms anywhere on the server were sent. 
There were no errors given, and I can't find a log of mail containing form 
info for the lost submissions. Forms just never showed up in the form 
owners e-mail. After returning sendmail.cf to its previously working state, 
most forms work now and the one that is giving me problems works most of 
the time..just not for some people in Armenia who are trying to use it. Is 
there some other problem spot that I could check? The Armenian browser 
accesses and allows the form to be filled out just fine. There is no 
javascript involved. It just never arrives at its end destination. I don't 
know what browser they are using as that question goes unanswered.
