Normally, I just call them and get to talk with someone in tech support
in about 5 - 10 minutes. I had to call them last week, and spent about
30 mins on the phone, and my problem was solved. Prior to that, same
thing except that took them about 2 hours to fix. So, I'm 2 for 2 calling
them, and 0 for 3 on email support. So, I guess what I'm saying is if
you want results, call them. ;)
