I purchased my Qube2 from Insight. I don't think they have any support
services. They were recommended by Cobalt (probably because they are down
the street from me. A few days later I got a call from a VAR back on the
East Coast. By that time, I had already ordered the Qube.  It seems that
Cobalt should pick its vendors more carefully. I guess it's my own fault,
but in our business, we have always found it best to deal with the
manufacturer for most of our equipment if possible.
