I have to say the same thing.  The web form is the pits, I have never
received a response to the two that I submitted.  Wait I did get a reply
on one that said to call in.

However.

I have called in numerous times and have received excellent support.  I
have had a few problems with not getting a prompt call back on something
that had to be escalated.  My biggest problem with them is the lack of
around the clock and weekend support.  We are miles smaller than them yet
we offer it...Doesn't seem to make sense to me.
