You're at GMT-7:00 and I'm at GMT+10:00, which converts your 8:10am on
Tuesday to my 1:10am on Wednesday (as you can see above).  I (or, more
correctly my Outlook Express) received the item at 3:40am, so that's a delay
of 2-and-a-half hours.  I'm sending this reply at 9:30am my time, so that
should be 4:30pm on Tuesday your time.
