I am now using www.gandi.net . They charge 12 euros/y (that's about 12$/y), it's a french company. (site is both in french and english). If you are ordering from Europe, you'll have to add VAT (taxes..). Everything is done through a web interface, they charge per year (even the first one), and you can get fees as low as 10 euros/y if you register more than 500 sites/months. You can also get one email address per domain forwarded to wherever you want as well as one url redirection, that you can modify at your will through the web interface ...DNS is also included if you need it.. And I am *not* affiliated with them, so check for yourself !!!
