Via FTP I've created a "CGI" bin directory in a FrontPage site. I've also
created additional directories via FTP. As long as those directories are
never "touched" by the FrontPage Explorer or Editor, I've never had a
problem. I've put FormMail.pl and Web Adverts in those directories without
any problems. The rest of the site functions just fine.
