You're most likely using a RaQ3.  This is a known bug.

Tuesday I spoke with three people at Cobalt including tech support
manager Raymond Yip.  No answer yet as to when the fix will be
available.

However, someone forwarded it to me offlist.  I'll try it.  If it works
I'll make it available at my ftp site, and also offer to install it on
your RaQ3 for my normal consulting rates; you can do it yourself or hire
me.

But ONLY after I test it and know it works.
